3.95 Inch Square IPS LCD with CTP Touch Panel

PYS-40M6 is a color active matrix thin film transistor (TFT) IPS liquid crystal display(LCD)that uses amorphous silicon TFT as a switching device. 

It is composed of a TFT LCDpanel, DriverIC, FPC and Backlight, and with a capacitive touch panel and a cover lens bezel. 

This TFT LCD has a 4.0-inch diagonally measured active display area with 480*480 resolution.
